As someone with a corporate background in advertising and marketing, when I launched my first business in the fitness space, I was obsessed with the strategies and the hustle. (Just like my clients were obsessed with which workout plan was the best, counting every single calorie or comparing herself).

What I discovered very quickly, was what really held any of us back wasn't the external tools and resources, it was all issues on the inside.

That’s when I changed my approach 180 degrees. By probing deeper into each client’s life journey, I was able to help more women regain control of their destinies by identifying and addressing many of the subconscious and emotional factors that were holding them back.

Everyone has a unique purpose on this earth. My mission is to help women overcome their self-imposed limits and shed their old stories, so they can move towards their north star destination (unique purpose) with more ease, alignment, and passion.

When does the True North Mastermind start?

The True North Mastermind takes place from mid-January to mid-June 2021. The Virtual Kickoff is on 1/21/2021.

Yes! In entrepreneurship, everyone tells you to niche or get the latest marketing course, but I honestly believe in my soul EVERYONE can benefit from mindset work (that includes you!).
